How to use your account

After you sign up, you will soon receive your login details.
This information includes:
- ftp username
- ftp password
- email administrator username
- email administrator password
- IP address
- domain name or temporary domain name
- mail server
Once you have this information, you can ftp your files to your
web server using an ftp client.
WS-FTP,
SmartFTP,
FileZilla, and
CuteFTP are a few popular free ftp
clients that work well with our
servers. If your domain name is not pointed at our servers, you will
need to connect to your site via its IP address or
yourdomainname.

If your domain is pointing at our servers, you can set up your email by
logging into mail.yourname.com. If your domain is not pointing to us, you
can setup your email by logging into the mail server via its IP address.
You will, however, need to input your full email address as the username
if you chose to log into the mail server via its IP address. If you do not
know your domain's mail server IP address, feel free to contact us to find
out. You may also set up clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express,
Thunderbird, and Netscape Messenger to send and receive your email hosted
with us.
